Returns Information

It is essential to us that you're happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, and the item was not a Special Build, you can return it within 14 days, and we wil provide a full refund via the same method as your original payment.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM
Please seek authorisation within 14 days before you return your item. If you are returning an unwanted item, it must be unused, undamaged, and its original packaging. Collection of your unwanted goods for return will be at your own expense; restocking fees may also apply.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Goods that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged goods.

GUARANTEE PERIOD
All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our sales department.

REFUNDS
Any refunds due should appear on your card statement within 7-10 working days.
