Description
Slitter stars are designed to slice cleanly into the ground to promote root growth, allowing air, nutrients and especially water to start their journey into the roots.
 
The slitter is an essential tool all year round.
 
Nine heavy duty slitter 'stars' on a 50mm stainless steel axle c/w bearing easily bolts to the carrying frame.  Depending on soil condition a penetration of up to 125mm (5") can be achieved, extra weight may be added if required.

This unit must be used in conjuncture with the D System Mounted Carrying Frame (Ref: DMF)
