All orders taken by SCH (Supplies) Ltd are accepted on the understanding of the terms and conditions outlined below, which apply to sales of all goods from SCH (Supplies) Ltd. These terms supersede any previously published terms and conditions.

 

All products on the SCH (Supplies) Ltd website include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
 

SCH (Supplies) Ltd have endeavoured to describe our many products with both text and photographs to the best of our ability. Every effort will be made to keep the website updated. However, as we constantly develop with customer feedback there are rare occasions when minor changes may be made to specifications. If you are in any doubt, please call us.
 

SCH (Supplies) Ltd have a loyal network of dealers throughout the UK. We are very happy for you to visit your local garden machinery dealer and place your order. If you would like to know the names and location of dealers in your area please contact us.
 

Products can also be ordered through our secure website. Where possible you may nominate your regular garden machinery dealer during the purchasing process. This will not in any way affect the price you pay or any other details of these terms and conditions.
 

We keep customer details on our own secure server for warranty purposes and do not retain any payment information. We do not pass your details onto third parties other than occasionally using delivery companies and couriers. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to know more about this.
 

Order acknowledgements are sent out by email where possible. You should check these carefully upon receipt and advise us at once about any discrepancies.
 

While every effort will be made to maintain prices indicated, it may on rare occasions be necessary to discontinue lines or make price changes.
 

All products are made to order and we, therefore, estimate that delivery will take place within two weeks of placing your order. However, at certain times of the year, we may run over slightly on this target and therefore advise you that if delivery of an item is time critical you should call us first.
